Loaded Breakfast Burritos

I prefer something sweet in the morning, but if you like a savory breakfast you should try making this super-easy, veryfilling burrito!

Ingredients

Tortillas

Scrambled Follow Your Heart Eggs 

Mild white non dairy cheese (I used Miyoko Schinner’s mozzarella)

Salsa of choice

Avocado

Minced white onions

Trader Joe’s Soy Chorizo

Black beans

Brown rice

Hash brown potatos
Prepare Follow Your Heart eggs according to package instructions but also add (plain, unsweetened soy)milk, salt and pepper. 

Heat up chorizo, rice, beans and hash browns. 


Assemble all ingredients inside burrito. My burrito is ugly because I mashed all the ingredients in a bowl together before filling my burrito, but it tastes great! 


Lastly roll up burrito and fry lightly in a pan, seam-side down, pressing down on the burrito to seal it.
