Mazorca, Havana-style street corn, is so easy to make and SO delicious!



Vegan mayo

Lime juice


Fresh minced garlic


Mild non-dairy cheese 
Soak corn and grill or cook in toaster oven.

Take out two paper plates, cutting boards or flat surfaces of any kind. On the first plate, mix mayo base with lime juice, cayenne, paprika and minced garlic and spread it over the plate. Spread grated cheese over plate two.

Roll grilled corn in mayo plate and then cheese plate to coat. 

Serve as an appetizer, especially at a barbecue!
