Seaweed Sesame Stir Fry

Yes, I did eat that whole pan.


1/2 pound Plain, unseasoned vegan chicken

3 large florets Broccoli

1/4 cup Canola Oil

1/4 small Onion, minced

1 1/2 cups Cooked rice

2 tbs Soy sauce

1 tbs Sesame  oil

1/2 sheet Nori, crumpled up

Optional: Follow Your Heart Scrambled Egg, carrots, etc


Chop chicken and broccoli finely. Fry on medium-low heat in canola oil until broccoli is soft and chicken is cooked. Add onion and continue cooking until onion is fragrant and softened. Add the rest of the ingredients and cook until hot. Done!
